Dispatch Integration
Navigo has an optional dispatch screen that can be set up to display a driver’s current dispatch stops. The dispatch screen is integrated with a fleet’s host system through a simple API. The API includes commands for system control (initialization, login/logout, shutdown, UI lock), status information, client control and dispatch management. Navigo API commands are sent as XML documents via TCP socket transport or folder transport
Dispatch commands include add dispatch, delete dispatch, list dispatch and set active dispatch. Once a dispatch is added the stops in the dispatch are available to the driver on the Dispatch screen where any stop can be selected and used for a route.
